Fruits are sourced from suitable growing areas, with priority given to fruit that meets production standards for ripeness, size, and quality. Incoming raw materials are carefully inspected for color, flavor, freshness, and surface condition.

The fruits are sorted, washed, and any substandard parts are removed. Depending on the product type, the raw materials are peeled, deseeded, and preliminarily processed according to specific procedures to ensure hygiene and preserve the natural characteristics of each fruit.
