What does the Platform plan include?
One plan with everything: NANCY export-data analysis with unlimited questions and 300 buyer-name reveals per calendar month, bilingual company and product pages, a WhatsApp bot replying to buyers 24/7, WhatsApp ad setup support, an ad performance dashboard, negotiation scripts and a sales pipeline.
Which term should I choose?
The 1-month term (999,000 VND) is a good way to try the plan. The 6-month term (5,994,000 VND) adds 1 bonus month — valid 7 months, about 856,286 VND per month, our most popular choice. The 12-month term (11,988,000 VND) adds 4 bonus months — valid 16 months, about 749,250 VND per month, the best value. Prices exclude 8% VAT.
Do prices include VAT?
No. The Platform plan list price (999,000 VND/month) excludes 8% VAT; VAT is added to the checkout total and shown on the invoice. Ad budget is not included in this price.
Is an ad budget included in the plan?
No. The Platform plan includes no ad budget or voucher. If you run ads, you connect your own Meta account and pay Meta directly; ViRFQ does not hold your ad spend. The plan includes setup support and an ad-performance dashboard.
Does the plan auto-renew?
No. The Platform plan is prepaid per term — it never auto-renews or auto-charges. If you buy a new term while your current one is active, the new time is appended to your current expiry.
Does ViRFQ charge commission on orders?
No. ViRFQ does not charge commission on order value. You pay the Platform plan fee for the selected term and transact directly with the buyer; ViRFQ does not deduct a percentage from contracts or orders you close.
Can I request a refund after purchasing a plan?
Refund eligibility depends on the payment and plan-activation status. Review the Payment and Refund Policy before purchasing, or contact ViRFQ for confirmation about a specific case.
