1. Introduction

This payment and refund policy outlines the terms and conditions related to all payment transactions and refund requests on the ViRFQ platform. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with the policies described here.

ViRFQ is committed to providing transparent and fair payment methods. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any payment.

2. Payment Methods

2.1. Vietnamese Bank Transfer / VietQR (SePay)

For customers in Vietnam, we accept bank transfer / VietQR payments processed through our payment partner SePay. Payment is confirmed automatically once the transfer is received.

2.2. International Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe)

We accept international payment cards through our secure payment gateway Stripe:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • JCB (some regions)

2.3. Payment Security

All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocol. We comply with PCI DSS and do not store full card information on our servers.

3. Pricing

3.1. Service Packages

ViRFQ is a subscription service for Sellers/Exporters that unlocks buyer RFQ contact information. Each plan includes a monthly quota of RFQ unlocks. Browsing the marketplace and onboarding is free for all users.

  • Free Plan: Free onboarding — browse RFQs, limited trial unlocks
  • Trial Plan: 1,000,000 VND/month — 20 RFQ unlocks/month. Available once per account, for a lifetime (see section 4.3)
  • Silver Plan: 10,000,000 VND/month — 100 RFQ unlocks/month
  • Gold Plan: 30,000,000 VND/month — unlimited RFQ unlocks + 4-hour early access to new RFQs

The Starter plan (999,000 VND/month) is a legacy plan kept only for customers who subscribed before our pricing update; it is no longer available for new subscriptions.

3.2. Billing Cycle

All current plans (Trial, Silver, Gold) are billed monthly only. We do not offer 6-month or 12-month billing cycles for these plans.

3.3. Currency & Tax

Prices are quoted in VND exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated and shown on the invoice at checkout, and VAT invoices are provided for business customers.

4. Renewal Policy

Important: ViRFQ subscriptions auto-renew monthly using your original payment method, unless cancelled at least 3 days before the renewal date.

You will receive a reminder email before your subscription renews, and you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard before that date.

4.1. Upgrading mid-cycle: if you upgrade to a higher plan during an active billing cycle, your subscription end date does not change— no extra days are added for the upgrade. Your next renewal is billed at the new plan's price on the original renewal date.

4.2. RFQ unlock quota: unlocks reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle for plans with a fixed quota (Trial, Silver). Unused unlocks do not roll over to the next cycle.

4.3. Trial plan — once per lifetime: the Trial plan may be purchased only once per account, for a lifetime. A refund of a Trial payment does not reset or restore Trial eligibility for that account.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, we generally do not support refundsafter subscription has been activated. We encourage users to try the Free plan before subscribing to a paid plan.

5.2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • Technical Error: If a technical error on our end prevents you from accessing paid features for extended periods (more than 7 consecutive days)
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If your payment method was used without permission (requires investigation)

5.3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send email to contact@virfq.com within 7 days of transaction date
  2. Include registered email, transaction code, and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review the request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method within 10 business days

5.4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

  • Change of mind after subscription activation
  • Dissatisfaction with RFQ quality (as RFQ content comes from third parties)
  • Account suspended due to Terms of Use violations
  • Unused days remaining in the current billing cycle after cancellation
  • RFQ unlocks already used during the current billing cycle

Note (Trial plan):refunding a Trial plan payment does not reset your account's once-per-lifetime Trial eligibility (see section 4.3).

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. How to Cancel

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard, at least 3 days before your next renewal date, to stop future charges.

6.2. Cancellation Effect

You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.

There are no refunds for unused days in the billing cycle.

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your invoice or have questions about a transaction, please contact us at contact@virfq.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer.

We are committed to resolving payment disputes fairly and quickly. Initiating a dispute without contacting us first may result in account suspension during investigation.
