Welcome to ViRFQ - the platform connecting Vietnamese agricultural exporters with international buyers. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using our services.
2. Definitions
In these Terms of Service, the following terms are defined as:
- "Platform": The ViRFQ website and application at virfq.com
- "User": Any individual or organization that accesses and uses the Platform
- "RFQ": Request for Quotation - Purchase requests from international buyers
- "Seller/Exporter": Exporters and suppliers using the Platform to find business opportunities
- "Buyer": International importers posting purchase requests
- "Service Plan": Free, Trial, Silver, Gold plans with different benefits (Starter plan grandfathered for pre-2026-05-23 subscribers)
3. Account Registration
3.1. Registration Requirements
To register an account on ViRFQ, you must:
- Be 18 years or older, or have consent from a legal guardian
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Have a valid email address for account verification
- Be a legal representative of your business (if registering for a business)
3.2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. All activities on your account will be considered as performed by you. Please notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized access.
4. Rights and Obligations
4.1. User Rights
- Buyers may post RFQs (purchase requests) free of charge
- Sellers/Exporters on a paid Service Plan may unlock buyer contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp) from RFQs, up to the unlock quota of their plan
- Sellers/Exporters may create a public company profile and product listings on the Marketplace
- The Gold plan receives 4-hour early access to newly posted RFQs before other users
- Request support from our customer service team
- Cancel your account at any time
4.2. User Obligations
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Not share unlocked RFQ contact information with unauthorized third parties
- Not spam or send unsolicited advertising messages to buyers
- Comply with Vietnamese and international trade laws
- Pay all service fees in full and on time
4.3. Verified Supplier Badge
The "Verified" badge is granted based on document review (business registration and proof of export activity over the past 24 months) submitted by the Seller/Exporter and manually approved by our admin team. The Verified badge is not included with, and cannot be purchased through, any Service Plan.
5. Payment Policy
5.1. Payment Methods
ViRFQ supports the following payment methods:
- Vietnamese bank transfer / VietQR via SePay (VND)
- International credit/debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard)
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT is added at checkout where required.
5.2. Billing Cycle
Service Plans are billed monthly only. Plans auto-renew unless you cancel at least 3 days before the renewal date. The Trial plan may only be purchased once per account, for a lifetime.
5.3. Refunds
We do not support refunds after a service plan has been activated. Please use the Free plan to experience our service before upgrading.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including but not limited to: logos, designs, text, images, source code, and data structures are the property of ViRFQ and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
7. Disclaimer
ViRFQ is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of RFQ information provided by buyers
- Transaction outcomes between sellers and buyers
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
- Service interruptions due to force majeure
- Violations by other users
We apply an automated Quality Score to filter spam and low-quality RFQs, and RFQs scoring below our quality threshold undergo manual admin review before publishing. However, we cannot guarantee 100% that all RFQs are high quality.
8. Changes to Terms
ViRFQ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you via email or Platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect.
Continued use of our services after new terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the ViRFQ platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hà Nội, Vietnam.
