1. Introduction
ViRFQ respects the intellectual property rights of all parties and is committed to protecting these rights on our platform. This policy outlines how we handle issues related to copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
We expect all users to comply with intellectual property laws when using the platform and not to upload content that infringes on third-party rights.
2. ViRFQ Ownership
2.1. ViRFQ Assets
The following assets are exclusively owned by ViRFQ and protected by intellectual property law:
- Brand: ViRFQ logo, trade name, slogans, icons
- Software: Source code, interfaces, algorithms, data structures
- Content: Text, images, videos created by ViRFQ
- Design: User interface (UI), user experience (UX)
- Data: Databases, aggregated statistics and analytics
2.2. Usage Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce any ViRFQ assets
- Use ViRFQ logo or brand without written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or analyze source code
- Scrape data in bulk from the platform
- Create derivative products from ViRFQ content
3. User Content
3.1. Your Rights
You retain full ownership of content you upload to ViRFQ (company information, product images, descriptions, etc.). However, by uploading, you grant ViRFQ:
- The right to display content on the platform, including on the English version of your profile and product pages
- The right to use content for platform promotion
- The right to store and backup content
- The right to translate content to other languages, including by AI, and to adapt its format for display
This licence is non-exclusive and royalty-free, and lasts for as long as the content remains on the platform.
3.2. Your Commitments
When uploading content, you commit that:
- You are the legal owner or have rights to use the content
- Content does not infringe copyright, trademark, or third-party rights
- Content does not contain false or fraudulent information
- You take full responsibility for uploaded content
4. Report Intellectual Property Violations
4.1. How to Report
If you believe content on ViRFQ infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a notice including:
- Description of the work/trademark being infringed
- URL or location of infringing content on ViRFQ
- Your contact information (name, email, phone)
- Statement that you are the legal owner or authorized representative
- Statement that information in the notice is accurate
- Signature (electronic or physical) of rights owner

4.3. Processing Time
We will review and respond within 5 business days of receiving a complete notice. If violation is confirmed, content will be removed within 24 hours.
5. Counter Notice
If your content was removed due to a violation claim and you believe the removal was a mistake, you can submit a counter notice including:
- Your identity and contact information
- Description of removed content
- Statement that you believe content was wrongly removed
- Reason why you believe content does not infringe
- Evidence of right to use content (if available)
- Consent to jurisdiction of competent court
We will review counter notices within 10 business days and notify both parties of the result.
6. Repeat Violation Policy
ViRFQ applies strict policies for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property:
- 1st Violation: Warning and content removal
- 2nd Violation: Account suspension for 30 days
- 3rd Violation: Permanent account ban
In cases of serious violations (brand impersonation, intentional fraud), accounts may be immediately banned without warning.
