1. Purpose
This pricing policy publishes ViRFQ's prices and every associated cost transparently, so you know exactly what you pay before you pay it.
2. Current Price List
- Free account: 0đ — registration, browsing the marketplace, and a company profile.
- Platform plan, 3-month term: 15,000,000đ total (5,000,000đ/month), valid for 3 months.
- Platform plan, 6-month term: 23,400,000đ total (3,900,000đ/month), +2 bonus months → valid for 8 months.
- Platform plan, 12-month term: 42,000,000đ total (3,500,000đ/month), +4 bonus months → valid for 16 months.
- Course: 5,000,000đ per course (5 sessions).
Full entitlements for each option are listed on the Pricing page and the Academy page. Legacy plans (Starter, Trial, Silver, Gold) are no longer sold; existing subscribers keep the benefits they paid for until their current term ends.
3. Tax
All listed prices are in VND and include VAT — the listed price is the amount you pay. We do not state a specific VAT rate here, since that rate may change under future regulations without changing this policy.
4. Other Costs
- No shipping fee — ViRFQ's services are entirely digital.
- No account opening or maintenance fee.
- No commission on orders you close with your buyers.
- An advertising budget is not included in ViRFQ's prices — you pay Meta directly, on your own Meta ad account.
- Bank transfer fees or currency-conversion fees, if any, are charged by your own bank, not by ViRFQ.
- Card payments from the English checkout are charged in US dollars — the whole-dollar amount shown, converted from the VND list price; the Vietnamese checkout charges in VND. The final amount and currency are shown on the Stripe payment page before you confirm.
5. Promotions
The Platform plan does not accept promo codes or vouchers. Any other promotion, if offered, is published on the website together with its conditions.
6. Price Changes
ViRFQ may adjust prices; any change is published on the Pricing page before it takes effect. The price that applies is the price shown at the moment you confirm payment — a term you already paid for is never re-priced. If a displayed price contains a system error, we will notify you and let you choose between paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
7. Legacy Ad Wallet
ViRFQ stopped accepting advertising-budget top-ups on 22/08/2026. Top-ups made before that date keep the price structure in force at the time of the top-up — this is historical information for wallets already funded, not an active offering.
