Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses ViRFQ — buyers submitting RFQs and Vietnamese exporters publishing company profiles and product listings. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.
Prohibited conduct
- Submitting fake, duplicated, or misleading RFQs, or RFQs with no genuine intent to buy.
- Publishing false company details, forged documents, or misrepresenting products, capacity, or certifications.
- Spam — repetitive, bulk, or irrelevant content and unsolicited mass outreach.
- Fraud, scam attempts, or trying to move users off-platform to defraud them.
- Scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass platform security.
RFQ & profile review
Every RFQ and every exporter profile is reviewed by ViRFQ administrators before it is published. Reviewers score submissions against an internal quality benchmark (business legitimacy, export licence, documentation, trade history); submissions that do not meet the benchmark are rejected or sent back for more information. This is human review, not a fully automated filter.
How to report
If you see a listing, RFQ, or user that looks abusive or fraudulent, report it through our complaint channel or email contact@virfq.com with details. We review every report.
Consequences
Depending on severity, ViRFQ may remove content, reject a submission, warn the account, or suspend / deactivate the account. Serious fraud may be reported to the relevant authorities.
