1. Purpose
This page sets out the conditions and limitations under which ViRFQ (virfq.com) provides its service: service hours, who can use the Platform, usage quotas, service availability, and the cases in which ViRFQ may refuse or suspend service. It complements our Terms of Service and other policies; where this page and the Terms differ, the Terms prevail.
2. Service hours
The Platform (virfq.com and the dashboard) is available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical incidents.
Customer support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (GMT+7). Requests sent outside these hours are handled on the next business day.
The online course runs on the class schedule ViRFQ announces during the consultation call after you register — see Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Scope of the service
ViRFQ is an online service usable from anywhere with an Internet connection.
- VietQR / bank-transfer payment requires a bank account in Vietnam; customers outside Vietnam pay by international card through Stripe.
- ViRFQ does not provide service to organisations or individuals subject to sanctions under Vietnamese law or applicable international regulations.
4. Who can use the service
- You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business (see Terms §3.1).
- An Exporter account requires a verified email address.
- The "Verified" badge is granted based on submitted business documents and proof of export activity — it is not tied to any service plan.
5. Quotas and limits
- 100 RFQ contact unlocks per plan-month for the Platform plan; unused unlocks do not carry over to the next plan-month.
- Trade-AI has no limit on the number of questions, but applies rate limits to keep the service stable; buyer-name reveals are capped at 300 per month.
- A Platform-plan company workspace can have up to 3 people (the account owner plus 2 staff seats).
- Each company can connect one WhatsApp Business number.
- The 14-day free trial of the Platform plan is offered only to online-course learners, under the conditions in section 3 of the Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- The number of learners per course intake may be limited; ViRFQ announces the number during the consultation call.
6. Availability
Service may be interrupted by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, connectivity loss, dependency on third-party providers (Meta/WhatsApp, Meta Ads, OpenAI, banks, Stripe/SePay), force majeure, or requests from competent authorities. ViRFQ will notify affected users as early as reasonably possible.
If an outage caused by ViRFQ lasts more than 7 consecutive days, you may request a refund under the Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy (section 6.2 — the refund amount follows the rules stated there).
7. Nature of the service — limitations
ViRFQ is a tools-and-data platform for finding and managing buyers. ViRFQ is not a party to any trade between an Exporter and a Buyer, does not collect or hold funds on behalf of either party, and does not guarantee payment or delivery between them — there is no escrow service.
RFQs are submitted by Buyers (a third party); ViRFQ reviews an RFQ before publishing it but does not guarantee that the RFQ is accurate or that a deal will result. ViRFQ does not commit to any number of buyers or orders, for either Platform-plan subscribers or online-course learners.
8. Right to refuse or suspend service
ViRFQ may refuse to provide, or may suspend, the service where:
- The information you provided is false or you are attempting fraud;
- You violate the Terms of Service or the Abuse & Spam Policy;
- A competent authority requests it.
If ViRFQ cancels or suspends service due to its own fault, ViRFQ refunds 100% of the amount already paid for the portion of service not yet delivered.
