Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.

Suitable Japonica and Vietnamese rice varieties are selected according to soil conditions and product requirements. AKJ signs farming contracts with selected farmers in An Giang to maintain a controlled raw-material supply.

Technical staff regularly guide farmers on cultivation methods, fertilizer use, and crop-protection practices. This helps control quality and food-safety requirements directly from the field.
The company develops its rice supply mainly in An Giang Province, an important rice-producing area in the Mekong Delta.

The company operates temperature-controlled storage for brown rice, helping preserve freshness and maintain stable quality during longer storage periods.
AKJ has experience supplying rice to Japan, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and other international markets.

Rice is harvested at the appropriate maturity and transported to the company’s facilities. Incoming paddy is checked for variety, moisture, impurities, maturity, and general condition.

Fresh paddy is dried using modern drying equipment to stabilize moisture and protect grain quality. It is then dehusked to produce brown rice for further processing or cold storage.

Brown rice is milled, polished, destoned, and passed through color-sorting equipment. Defective, discolored, damaged, and inconsistent grains are removed to achieve uniform export quality.

Finished rice is inspected according to the required specifications before packing. Products are labeled, stored under suitable conditions, and prepared with the necessary documents for domestic delivery or international export.
