Minh An Coffee operates dedicated factory systems for roasted and ground coffee and instant coffee. Its production capacity is designed to support both new product development orders and large-volume commercial orders.
Hot Air roasting technology enables temperature control and heat transfer management in each roasting batch. As a result, the company can proactively adjust aroma, acidity, bitterness, and aftertaste to create roast profiles suited to each coffee line and target market.

Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.

Green coffee is selected based on variety, bean size, moisture content, color, and flavor characteristics. Depending on product requirements, the raw materials may include Robusta, Arabica, Peaberry, or specially processed coffee lines.

The raw materials are inspected and cleaned to remove impurities, defective beans, or beans that do not meet standards. The grading process helps ensure consistency before roasting.
According to the company's published information, the roasted and ground coffee workshop has a capacity of approximately 3 tons per day, and the instant coffee workshop has a capacity of approximately 2 tons per day. Actual capacity for each order depends on the product and packaging specifications.
The company supplies and processes various coffee types such as Robusta, Arabica, Peaberry, and Robusta Honey. Raw materials are selected based on size, quality, and flavor characteristics to match the requirements of each product.
Minh An Coffee supports customers from formula development, sample testing, roast profile selection, blending, and packaging to the completion of private label products. Product lines may include roasted whole bean coffee, ground coffee, instant coffee 2in1, 3in1, 4in1, instant black coffee, and coffee capsules.
According to the company's published information, Minh An Coffee applies food safety management standards such as HACCP and ISO 22000:2018, and also maintains FDA documentation to support its strategy of bringing products to the U.S. market.

Based on customer requirements, the R&D team selects raw materials, develops blending ratios, and establishes suitable roast profiles. Factors such as aroma, body, acidity, bitterness, and aftertaste are considered for each market.

The coffee is roasted using a Hot Air system, with temperature, time, and heat input controlled at each stage. This process helps develop distinctive flavors and ensures consistency across roasting batches.

After roasting, the coffee is cooled to limit further changes caused by residual heat. Depending on the product, the coffee may be kept as whole beans, ground to the required fineness, blended, or further processed into instant coffee and coffee capsules.

Finished products are evaluated for color, aroma, taste, grind size, and related quality indicators. Once approved, the products are packed according to customer specifications, shipment information is recorded, and the goods are finalized for storage or transportation.
