Coffee is sourced directly from selected farms and growing regions in Vietnam, particularly the Central Highlands, based on origin, quality and customer requirements.
Coffee cherries or green beans are inspected for ripeness, moisture, foreign matter, defects and overall physical quality.
Depending on the product, the coffee is processed using natural, honey, washed or wet-polished methods, followed by controlled drying to achieve the required moisture level.
The beans are cleaned to remove stones, husks and foreign materials, then graded by size, density and quality specifications.
Advanced optical color-sorting equipment removes defective beans. Each lot is checked for moisture, screen size, defects and consistency before shipment.
Approved coffee is packed in jute bags, GrainPro liners or customized packaging and prepared for inspection, fumigation and international shipment.
