Coffee, pepper and other agricultural products are sourced from carefully selected growing regions and farming communities. Phuc Sinh works closely with farmers to encourage responsible cultivation and sustainable agricultural practices.

Each batch is recorded and inspected at the source. Traceability systems help monitor products throughout the supply chain, from farms and growing areas to processing facilities and export markets.

Raw materials are cleaned to remove foreign matter and impurities. Depending on the product, they may undergo drying, washing, hulling, sorting, grading or other preliminary processing activities.

Products are processed using modern production lines. Processing methods may include coffee preparation, pepper sterilization, brine processing, roasting, grinding and freeze-drying, depending on product specifications and customer requirements.
