Raw materials are sourced directly from selected farmers and growing regions across Vietnam. Each source is evaluated according to origin, season, maturity, available volume, and buyer specifications.

Incoming materials are inspected for moisture, size, color, aroma, physical condition, impurities, and visible defects. Unsuitable or damaged materials are separated before processing.

Qualified materials are cleaned to remove dust, soil, stems, stones, shells, and other foreign matter. Depending on the product, this stage may include drying, shelling, peeling, cutting, splitting, or preliminary grading.

Each commodity is processed at a dedicated facility. Cassia may be cut, rolled, split, or ground; star anise is dried and graded; pepper is cleaned and classified; cashew nuts are shelled and graded; coconut is processed into desiccated coconut.

Products are sorted according to size, color, density, appearance, moisture, and quality grade. Finished goods are checked against customer specifications and relevant food-safety requirements before packing.

Approved products are packed in bulk, retail, or customized packaging according to the confirmed order. Each shipment is labeled, stored under suitable conditions, inspected before loading, and prepared with the necessary export documentation.
