Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.

Freshly harvested pepper is transported to the processing facility for initial quality inspection. Leaves, stems, damaged berries, and other large impurities are removed before further processing. For white pepper, fully ripe pepper berries are soaked and processed to remove the outer skin before drying.

The pepper berries are evenly spread on clean drying yards or trays, or dried using mechanical drying systems. During this stage, the pepper is regularly turned to ensure uniform drying, achieve the required moisture level, and reduce the risk of mould.
We can supply black pepper and white pepper with different density, moisture, cleaning, and processing specifications based on the buyer’s requirements.

Our pepper is sourced from carefully selected growing areas and suppliers to maintain stable quality, natural aroma, and consistent specifications.
We offer flexible packaging, payment, shipping, and customization options, together with professional support from quotation to final delivery.

The dried pepper is processed through cleaning equipment to remove dust, stones, stems, light berries, metal fragments, and other foreign materials. Depending on the required quality grade, the processing line may include sieving, aspiration, destoning, and magnetic separation.

The pepper is sorted and graded according to density, size, color, appearance, and defect percentage. Quality inspections may include moisture content, admixture, aroma, microbiological indicators, pesticide residues, and other requirements specified by the buyer.

Qualified pepper is weighed and packed in woven PP bags with inner PE liners, multiwall kraft paper bags, or vacuum-sealed bags. The finished products are stored in a clean, dry, well-ventilated, and odor-free warehouse before being loaded into containers for export.
