Receive product inquiries. Confirm specifications, quantity, market, delivery terms (Incoterms), and payment. Gather complete information for quotation.

Sign PI or Sales Contract. Receive deposit (if any). Place orders with suppliers and monitor production progress.
Monitor production. Conduct quality checks (QC or third-party like SGS, Intertek...). Prepare packaging, labeling, and packing as required.
Book shipping. Prepare export documents. Customs declaration. Load containers and deliver goods to the ship.
