Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.
Receive product inquiries. Confirm specifications, quantity, market, delivery terms (Incoterms), and payment. Collect complete information for quotation.
Work with suppliers. Compare prices, quality, and supply capacity. Send quotations and negotiate with customers.
Sign the PI or Sales Contract. Receive the deposit (if any). Place orders with suppliers and monitor production progress.
Monitor production. Conduct quality inspection (QC or third parties such as SGS, Intertek...). Prepare packaging, labels, and packing according to requirements.
Book vessel space. Prepare export documents. Complete customs declaration. Stuff containers and load goods onto the vessel.
Send the document set to the customer. Follow up on payment. Support customers in receiving goods and handling complaints (if any). Maintain the relationship to develop subsequent orders.
