Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.

Raw materials are sourced from regions suitable for each type of agricultural product such as cassia, star anise, pepper, cashew nuts, coffee, ginger, and coconut. The company collaborates with local farmers and suppliers to proactively source, control seasons, and maintain stable supply capabilities.

After harvesting, the materials are transported to specialized factories for inspection of moisture, color, size, ripeness, aroma, impurities, and sensory condition. Damaged, moldy, or non-standard materials are removed before processing.

Materials are cleaned to remove dirt, soil, branches, bark, and unwanted impurities. Depending on the product, preliminary processing may include washing, drying or dehydrating, peeling, seed removal, cutting, grinding, and preliminary sorting.

Each product group is processed in specialized factories with appropriate machinery and methods. Cassia and star anise can be cut, split, rolled, or ground; pepper is cleaned, sorted, or steam-treated; cashew nuts are shelled, dried, and graded; coconut products are processed on a closed production line.

Finished products are inspected based on criteria such as moisture, size, density, impurity ratio, color, flavor, and uniformity. Depending on customer and import market requirements, products may undergo additional testing for microbiology, residues, or related food safety indicators.

Standard-compliant products are packaged in bulk, commercial bags, or customer OEM/ODM packaging. Finished products are recorded with batch information, stored under suitable conditions, and undergo a final inspection before being transported to the port for export.
