WW320/SW320 Cashew Kernels (Standard)
WW/SW320 is a whole cashew kernel grade combining WW320 (white whole) and SW320 (scorched whole), with a count of 300–320 kernels per pound. WW320 has a natural white to light ivory color, uniform size, a fragrant, nutty and creamy flavor, and is widely used in plain roasted, seasoned and processed food products. Meanwhile, SW320 has a naturally darker ivory color caused by heat exposure during shelling, while retaining the whole-kernel shape and offering a distinctive rich and creamy flavor. Both product grades are carefully selected and processed under strict quality control, with a maximum moisture content of 5% and a maximum broken kernel rate of 5%; the total defect rate is below 8% for WW320 and below 10% for SW320.View specifications ↓
