Production Process
Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.
Rice is harvested at the appropriate ripeness and transported to the processing facility. Incoming materials are inspected for moisture, seed purity, color, odor, impurities, and grain condition before storage.
Rice is cleaned to remove straw, dust, soil, stones, and other impurities. Then, the material is dried or moisture adjusted to a suitable level to prevent mold, maintain quality, and prepare for milling.
