Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.

Continuously developing and expanding production.

Incoming materials are inspected for moisture, odor, varietal consistency, foreign matter, damaged grains, and visible contamination. Materials that do not meet the required quality standards are separated before processing.

The paddy or rice is cleaned to remove straw, dust, stones, husks, and other impurities. It then undergoes dehusking, milling, and whitening according to the required product grade.

Rice may be polished to improve surface appearance and product uniformity. Sorting systems are used to remove discolored, damaged, chalky, or inconsistent grains before final grading.

Finished rice is classified according to grain length, broken percentage, moisture, color, purity, and overall quality. Each batch is checked against the specifications confirmed with the buyer.

Approved rice is weighed and packed in PP, BOPP, or other requested packaging formats. Finished goods are stored in suitable warehouse conditions and prepared with the required commercial and shipping documents before export.
