Is ViRFQ an e-commerce platform?
No. ViRFQ is an export promotion service for agricultural suppliers. We help you create product profiles, run ad campaigns, and gather quote requests from international buyers.
How is ViRFQ different from international B2B platforms?
B2B platforms typically let businesses list their profile and wait for buyers to find them. ViRFQ actively promotes your products, screens buyer information, and reports campaign performance.
Do businesses need to run ads themselves?
No. ViRFQ prepares the content, sets up product pages, picks target markets, and operates the campaigns. You only need to provide product information and approve the content.
Is the ad budget included in the plan?
No. The Platform plan and the ad budget are separate. Your ad budget runs on your own Meta ad account — you pay Meta directly, typically 10 / 20 / 40M VND per month; the ViRFQ ops fee and 10% VAT are billed separately. ViRFQ operates the campaigns and reports spend and results regularly.
How long until the first quote request?
Timing depends on your product category, market, and budget. ViRFQ does not commit to a fixed timeline, but we'll align on clear expectations before starting.
Is buyer information verified?
Yes. ViRFQ helps verify contact details, company profile, and purchase intent using publicly available data — reducing unsuitable inquiries.
Does ViRFQ take a commission on orders?
No. Businesses keep 100% of order profits. ViRFQ only charges the Platform plan fee and the ops fee for the ad budget you choose to run — all agreed upfront.
What if my business doesn't have English content or product images yet?
ViRFQ helps edit content into English from the information your business provides. If professional product photos are needed, we can advise on how to prepare them or connect you with the right service provider.
