Wet paddies are bought from farmers and transported to our factory for processing. Annual volume of 240,000 tons.

02 Drying

Wet paddies are channeled to drying tower for drying, capacity 580 tons/day.

03Milling

Removing husks and the bran layers to produce the white rice kernel that is sufficiently milled and free of impurities, capacity 200 tons/day.

04Polishing

Polishing to remove any remaining bran layers and to improve the texture and appearance of rice kernels, capacity 580 tons/day.

05Sorting

Sorting to remove damaged kernels, yellow kernels and discolored grains, capacity 630 tons/day.

06Packing

Rice is packed in an enclosed environment at our factory to ensure hygiene and quality. Capacity 800-1000 tons a day.
