Order preparation usually takes 2–4 weeks after contract signing. Ocean transit takes approximately 7–12 days to Japan and Korea, 15–20 days to the Middle East, 18–25 days to the US West Coast and 28–35 days to Northern Europe.

01Farm Sourcing & Ripe Cherry Selection

Select ripe Robusta coffee cherries from partner farms in Dak Lak and Gia Lai. Remove unripe, overripe and damaged cherries to ensure consistent raw material quality.

02Sorting, Flotation & Pulping

Sort and float the harvested cherries to remove defects and impurities. Use a pulping machine to remove the outer skin and pulp, leaving the parchment coffee.

03Fermentation & Washing

Ferment the pulped coffee to break down the remaining mucilage, then wash thoroughly with clean water to obtain clean parchment coffee.

04Parchment Drying

Dry the washed parchment coffee under controlled sunlight or mechanical drying until it reaches a suitable moisture level for storage and hulling.

05Hulling, Cleaning & Screen Grading

Hull the dried parchment to obtain green coffee beans. Clean and sort the beans to remove foreign matter and defects, then grade by screen size to meet Grade 1, Screen 16 and Screen 18 specifications.

06Quality Inspection & Export Packaging

Inspect each lot for moisture, bean size, defects and overall quality. Pack the approved green coffee beans in the agreed packaging and prepare them for export shipment.
