Collaborate with farmers and cooperatives to develop sustainable banana raw material areas. Apply circular agriculture models to fully utilize the value of bananas from fruit, stem to by-products.
Bananas are harvested at the right time to serve various product lines such as fresh bananas, banana powder, and fiber production materials. The raw materials are then sorted according to quality and intended use.
Bananas are pre-processed, sliced, dried, and finely ground into natural banana powder. The process helps retain color, flavor, and nutritional value, serving the food industry and processing materials.
The banana stems after harvest are fed into the fiber extraction system to obtain natural banana fibers. The raw fibers are cleaned and processed to ensure durability, toughness, and uniformity.
Banana fibers undergo microbial treatment, washing, and drying to remove impurities, increase softness, and stabilize quality. The fibers are then baled or used in spinning, weaving, and handicrafts.
Products from Musa Golden such as commercial bananas, banana powder, and banana fibers are quality inspected, packaged according to international standards, and supplied to domestic and export markets.
