01Harvesting

Pick pepper when the berries begin to ripen (some turning red/yellow), ensuring proper maturity for firm, high-density kernels

02Threshing (primary processing)

Separate the berries from the spikes/stems, by hand or threshing machine. For black pepper, the skin is not removed

03Drying

Sun-dry to reduce moisture to ~12–13% (export standard). This step is critical for color and shelf life; the skin turns the characteristic wrinkled black

04Cleaning & Grading

Sieve out impurities (stems, dust, light berries), then grade by bulk density (g/l), size, and standard (e.g. 500/550/570 g/l, ASTA, FAQ, etc.).

05Packing

Pack per buyer requirements (PP/PE bags, jumbo bags, vacuum-sealed, etc.), label with lot specifications, and prepare accompanying documents

Q1. What products do you supply?

A&T supplies three main lines of Vietnamese agricultural commodities: pepper (Black Pepper 500GL/550GL FAQ, Black Pepper 500GL/550GL Machine Cleaned, Black Pepper 580GL ASTA, and White Pepper 630GL), coffee (Robusta and Arabica), and cashew nuts. Each product comes with defined specifications and can be tailored to your market requirements.

Q2. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is one 20-foot container (1×20'FCL). For pepper this is approximately 13.5 metric tons; loading weight for coffee and cashew varies by grade, and we will confirm the exact tonnage per product when we quote.

Q3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery is within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date we receive your deposit.

Q4. What are your payment terms?

We accept two options: 30% paid in advance with the remaining 70% by DP (Documents against Payment), or 100% by L/C at sight through the buyer's bank in our favour

Q5. How is quality inspected before shipment?

Quality and quantity are inspected by Cafecontrol/Vinacontrol or SGS Vietnam at the loading port, and the results are final. This gives you an independent, internationally recognized verification before the goods leave Vietnam.

Q6. What is your standard packing?

Pepper is packed in 25-50 -60 kg new PP bags; and same as Coffee. Cashew are packed according to standard export practice for each product, and we are happy to accommodate specific requirements such as different bag weights, inner liners, vacuum packing, or private labeling.
