HNKLEE Tay Nguyen Robusta Coffee — 100% Organic Available in: Green Bean (Raw) | Roasted Bean Sourced from the volcanic highlands of Tay Nguyen, Vietnam, our Robusta coffee is grown on certified organic farms where no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or chemical inputs are used at any stage of production. The beans develop naturally in rich red basalt soil at elevations between 500 and 900 meters, nourished by seasonal rainfall and the region's characteristic cool highland climate — conditions that have shaped some of the world's most distinctive Robusta for over a century. Our green beans are carefully hand-selected at peak ripeness and processed using the natural dry method, preserving the bean's full density, structure, and inherent flavor compounds. For our roasted line, beans are slow-roasted to order to bring forward the coffee's signature profile: deep dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, warm caramel, and an earthy, full-bodied finish with low acidity and a naturally high caffeine content.
