Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.
Green Food selects raw materials from suitable farming areas, production regions, and suppliers. The goods are prepared according to the season, quality standards, and specific product requirements.
Raw materials are checked for freshness, size, color, smell, surface condition, and impurities. Materials that do not meet the requirements will be eliminated before production.
Raw materials are cleaned and pre-processed according to the characteristics of each product. This stage may include peeling, removing heads, removing entrails, cutting, de-seeding, or size sorting.
Products are processed according to agreed specifications such as whole, cut, filleted, peeled, or shaped. For frozen goods, products are frozen under suitable conditions to maintain freshness and quality.
Finished products are checked for size, weight, color, texture, temperature, and sensory quality. Products are classified before moving to packaging.
Products that meet the requirements are packaged according to customer specifications, batch information is recorded, and stored under suitable conditions. Goods are inspected one last time before being transported and delivered to customers.
