Production Process
01Sustainable Raw Material Sourcing
Cashew nuts, pepper, coffee, cinnamon, star anise and other agricultural materials are sourced from established growing regions across Vietnam. Hanfimex works with more than 2,000 farming households and promotes non-chemical and responsible farming practices.
02Incoming Material Inspection
Raw materials are inspected for moisture, appearance, impurities, pesticide residues and compliance with product specifications. Materials that do not meet the required standards are separated before processing.
03Cleaning and Primary Processing
The materials are cleaned to remove dust, stones, shells and foreign matter. Depending on the product, preliminary processing may include drying, peeling, cracking, hulling or size separation.
04Sorting and Advanced Processing
Products are sorted and graded using modern equipment. Additional processes may include sterilization, grinding, blending, roasting, polishing or other treatments based on customer requirements.
05Quality and Food-Safety Control
Finished products are checked through metal detection, X-ray inspection, laboratory testing and controlled food-safety procedures. Hanfimex’s factories apply recognized standards such as BRC, ISO 22000, HACCP, Organic, Kosher, FDA and SMETA.
06Packaging and Global Distribution
Approved products are packaged in bulk, retail or private-label formats. Finished goods are stored under controlled conditions, prepared with the required export documentation and shipped to customers worldwide.
