Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.

Pepper berries are harvested at the appropriate maturity stage and carefully collected to minimize damage. The harvested pepper is transported to the processing facility for initial inspection and processing.

The pepper berries are spread evenly on clean drying surfaces or placed in mechanical drying systems. They are regularly turned to achieve uniform drying, reduce moisture, and minimize the risk of mould development.
We supply both black pepper and white pepper in various densities, cleaning levels, and processing specifications. The exact grade can be customized according to the buyer’s requirements.

The dried pepper is processed through cleaning equipment to remove dust, stems, stones, light berries, metal particles, and other foreign materials. Sieving, aspiration, destoning, and magnetic separation may be applied depending on the required quality grade.

The cleaned pepper is sorted and graded according to density, size, color, appearance, and defect percentage. Each batch may also be checked for moisture, impurities, aroma, microbiological indicators, and other specifications required by the buyer.

Qualified pepper is weighed and packed in woven PP bags with inner PE liners, kraft paper bags, vacuum bags, or other packaging requested by the buyer. Finished products are stored in a clean, dry, and odor-free warehouse before being loaded into containers for export.
