Pepper, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, turmeric, and other spices are sourced from selected growing areas and trusted supply partners. Raw materials are evaluated according to origin, season, maturity, product condition, and buyer specifications.
Qualified materials are cleaned to remove dust, stones, stems, soil, shriveled pieces, and other foreign matter. Depending on the product, this stage may also include washing, drying, peeling, cutting, or initial grading.
Products are processed according to their characteristics and final applications. Pepper may be cleaned, double-washed, ground, or steam sterilized; cinnamon and star anise may be cut, chipped, powdered, or sterilized; herbs and seasonings may be ground and blended.
Approved products are packed in bulk bags, cartons, retail bottles, tins, or private-label packaging. Raw materials and finished goods are stored separately under controlled temperature and ventilation before final inspection and export.
