Ritachi Coffee's fully ripe cherry fermented coffee is a product made from 100% fully ripe coffee cherries, combined with a natural anaerobic fermentation method. After fermentation, the coffee beans are dried on raised beds inside greenhouses continuously for 30 days following a closed production process at the farm. The product has a delicate sweetness and an alluring aroma of ripe fruit. Thanks to the fermentation process, the caffeine content is reduced by 30-35% compared to regular coffee, allowing you to enjoy it comfortably without worrying about heart palpitations each time you indulge in this favorite beverage.
