Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.

Fruits are sourced from TFR’s certified contract farmers and corporate farms. Agronomists regularly monitor crop protection, fertilizer use, irrigation, harvest intervals, record keeping, and environmental practices.

Fruits are harvested at the appropriate maturity based on size, color, firmness, sweetness, and customer specifications. Harvest schedules are coordinated with the sales and packing teams to ensure freshness and stable supply.

Fresh produce is transported quickly to the packing facility and inspected for maturity, appearance, damage, defects, and traceability information. Products that do not meet the required standards are removed.

Qualified fruits are washed and processed through professional sorting and grading lines. They are classified by size, color, weight, and quality to achieve consistent export specifications.

Products are packed according to the buyer’s requirements and transferred into temperature-controlled storage. Fresh-cut products are prepared in a dedicated high-care processing area under strict food-safety controls.

Each shipment is checked for product quality, packaging, labeling, quantity, and documentation before dispatch. Temperature data loggers and insulated pallet covers may be used to protect produce from temperature fluctuations during international transportation.
