Raw cashew nuts are sourced from domestic and international origins and carefully inspected upon arrival. Each batch is assessed for quality and suitability before entering the processing line, supporting stable production and consistent kernel quality.

Selected raw cashews undergo controlled processing to separate the hard outer shell from the edible kernel. Modern processing equipment is used to improve recovery efficiency while minimizing kernel damage.

Recovered kernels are carefully dried to stabilize moisture before the testa is removed. Controlled processing at this stage helps preserve the kernels' natural appearance, texture and quality for further grading.

The peeled kernels are classified by size, color and physical condition using automated sorting equipment. Commercial grades such as WW240, WW320, WS and LP are prepared according to customer specifications.
