01Direct Sourcing at Vietnamese Origin

AC Vietnam sources new-crop Cassia and Star Anise directly from Vietnamese raw-material areas near its factories, ensuring freshness and origin control. Harvest seasons are March and September, with annual output of 20,000–25,000 MT Cassia and 10,000–15,000 MT Star Anise.

02Selection & Grading

Spices are sorted and graded by specification. Cassia is processed into multiple forms such as Split, Tube, Stick, Cut and Powder, while Star Anise is classified into Autumn, Spring and Broken grades based on size and quality.

03Processing & Quality Control

Products are processed under controlled conditions to maintain aroma and oil content. Moisture is kept at ≤13.5% (≤12.5% for powder), while Star Anise oil content ranges 9–11% depending on grade.

04Inspection & Standards

Each batch is checked for size, moisture, oil content and purity. Key specs include 25–45 cm Cassia length and 2.5–3% oil content for Cassia tube/stick. Quality can be verified by SGS, VINACONTROL or CAFECONTROL.

05Packing & Shipment

Products are packed in 10 kg cartons or 25 kg bags (Cassia) and 10 kg cartons (Star Anise). Loading capacity reaches 15 MT/40ft container, with delivery in 15–20 days after deposit.
