Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.
High-quality pepper berries are sourced from reliable growing areas and carefully inspected to remove immature, damaged, mouldy or contaminated materials.
The pepper is cleaned using sieving, aspiration, magnetic separation and stone-removal equipment. Depending on the product, it may be machine-cleaned, washed or steam-sterilized.
The pepper is dried until the required moisture level is achieved. Each batch is tested for density, moisture, foreign matter, colour, aroma, microbiological safety and pesticide residues.
The finished pepper is packed in food-grade PP bags, kraft paper bags or vacuum packaging. The products are labelled, stored in a clean and dry warehouse, and prepared with the required export documents for shipment.
