Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.

Lien Thanh sources pepper from established Vietnamese agricultural supply areas and receives raw materials for inspection before processing. Incoming pepper is assessed according to commercial requirements, including density, moisture, foreign matter and physical appearance, depending on the product specification.

Raw pepper enters a dedicated cleaning system designed to remove unwanted materials such as dust, stones, metal particles, stems and other debris. Lien Thanh's pepper-processing machinery has a stated capacity of 4 MT/hour, supporting continuous commercial-scale processing.
Lien Thanh's published information states a processing-system capacity of 4 MT/hour.
