Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.

Coffee is sourced from established growing regions in Vietnam’s Central Highlands, including Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Dak Lak, Dak Nong and Lam Dong. Tin Thanh Dat maintains close relationships with farmers, collectors and processing partners to support stable supply and product traceability.

Each incoming batch is inspected for origin, moisture, bean size, colour, foreign matter and physical defects. Samples may also undergo sensory evaluation before the coffee is accepted for processing.
Tin Thanh Dat supplies Robusta, Arabica, Excelsa and specialty green coffee beans in a variety of grades, screen sizes and processing methods.
Tin Thanh Dat’s coffee is supplied to more than 40 countries, serving customers ranging from multinational food companies to commercial manufacturers and specialty roasters.
A processing capacity of approximately 300 metric tons per day, combined with cleaning, grading, sorting and wet-polishing equipment, enables the company to handle large and customized export orders.
Tin Thanh Dat participates in 4C and Rainforest Alliance programmes and has implemented traceability measures aligned with the European Union Deforestation Regulation.
The company can support requirements ranging from individual 60-kilogram bags to export contracts of 100–5,000 metric tons through its sourcing and processing network across the Central Highlands.

Green coffee beans are cleaned using modern machinery to remove dust, stones, husks, metal and other foreign materials. This step improves product purity and prepares the beans for precise grading.

Coffee is classified by screen size, density, colour and defect level. Depending on customer requirements, the beans may be density-sorted, colour-sorted or wet-polished to achieve a cleaner and more uniform appearance.

Processed coffee is checked against the agreed physical and sensory specifications. Quality-control systems support certifications and programmes such as 4C, Rainforest Alliance and EUDR-compliant traceability.

Approved coffee is packed in export-grade bags, stored under controlled warehouse conditions and prepared with the required documentation for shipment to international buyers.
