Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.

Vinapro works closely with farmers and collectors across Vietnam’s key agricultural regions, with a particularly strong connection to the cinnamon-growing areas of Yen Bai. The company reports a raw-material network covering 6,329 hectares and 1,200 linked farming households, supporting traceability and more stable access to agricultural inputs.

Incoming materials are inspected before production based on product-specific criteria such as moisture, size, appearance and aroma. For cinnamon, qualified bark is cleaned and sorted to remove dust, fibers and foreign matter before entering further processing.

Cinnamon remains one of Vinapro’s defining product categories. The company works closely with farming communities in the Yen Bai region and reports access to a broader raw-material network of 6,329 hectares involving 1,200 linked households. This structure gives Vinapro closer involvement in sourcing before the material reaches the factory.
Vinapro lists ISO 22000, HACCP and FDA registration among its quality credentials, while its current 2026 cinnamon manufacturing materials additionally reference ISO 22000:2018 and HALAL certification. Quality procedures cover stages from raw-material sourcing through processing, packing and shipment preparation.

Raw materials are processed according to the required finished format. Cinnamon may be peeled, cut, rolled, pressed, broken or ground into powder, while other factory lines handle cashew nuts, star anise, pepper, dried coconut, ginger and coffee beans. For cinnamon powder, Vinapro also reports using technologies such as cold grinding and steam sterilization where applicable.

Finished and semi-finished products are graded and checked before packing. Vinapro states that quality control is integrated throughout production, including moisture and purity control, batch traceability and testing under its food-safety management systems.

Approved products are packed in export-grade packaging designed to protect them from moisture, contamination and transportation damage. Vinapro also supports customized packaging, OEM/private-label requirements, export documentation and international shipments under terms including EXW, FOB and CIF.
