Quality control steps from raw material to delivery.
Coffee is cultivated in Bao Loc and Di Linh through Ritachi’s farm and partner-farm network, with attention to traceability, fruit quality and responsible agricultural practices.
Ripe coffee cherries are selectively harvested to support consistent sweetness, maturity and cup quality.
The cherries are thoroughly washed, float-sorted and manually inspected to remove unripe, damaged or defective fruit.
Depending on the required product, the coffee is processed using Natural, Honey, Washed or Ritachi’s proprietary 168-hour Vera anaerobic fermentation method.
Processed coffee is carefully dried, hulled, cleaned and graded. Coffee intended for finished products is roasted using hot-air technology with customized roast profiles.
Each lot is evaluated for physical quality, moisture, defects and cup characteristics before being packed as green coffee, roasted beans, ground coffee or private-label products.
